About Me

Every person has a story of immense value worth understanding and a life capable of growth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or questions about faith, my goal is to create a space where you feel known, supported, and gently challenged. I work with clients of all ages, focusing primarily on adults and relationships through a warm, collaborative, and honest approach. Together, we will look at the patterns shaping your life, build insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

My person-centered approach connects psychological training with a faith-based worldview. I build on attachment and family systems theories, drawing from tools like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lifespan Integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to fit your unique needs. This clinical framework is shaped by my Christian faith and my own experience with God’s grace. Because our relationships and attachment patterns influence how we experience ourselves, others, and God, I enjoy helping clients untangle the roots of their pain to find hope and freedom in Christ. For those who desire it, I welcome integrating scripture, prayer, and biblical principles into our sessions.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Human Services and a Master of Social Work from Western New Mexico University, and I continue to take specialized training in trauma-informed care. Outside the office, I love spending time with my husband, our dog, Shasta, and our two horses. You can usually find me hiking, camping, trail riding, or serving in discipleship ministries at my local church.
