Group Counseling

Vine and Branches Counseling Group Meeting

Group counseling is an opportunity to sit with other individuals who have experienced or are experiencing similar life issues. A typical group session would generally have around 8-12 members. Each group session lasts for approximately two hours and will provide a mixture of psychoeducation and sharing individual experiences to further client growth and development. Therapeutic goals and group focus will dictate whether the group is more participant led or therapist structured. Participants are not required to share but will be expected to be engaged through their presence within the group. It is our hope that through participating in a group you gain valuable perspectives, insight, and support from other group participants who can relate to you! Our goal for you is that you do not feel alone in your journey.
